The Update Submenu in Sevio Portal enables viewing and updating of the Router’s Firmware.
The availability of an update for the selected Device is indicated by a red label on the Update Submenu.
The Router must be online to perform the update.
Update Procedure
The update operation is restricted to Operators with Admin and Owner roles.
To update the Router:
- In the Devices section, select the desired Router.
- Select the Update Submenu.
- Click Update.
The Firmware update might take several minutes.
During the operation, the Router will perform a full reboot. Local and remote functionalities will be unavailable.
Additionally, for the Sevio Basic and R600 models, ensure that the machine or system is stopped, or use a downstream switch for communication between devices.
The Update button is disabled if an update is in progress or if no new Firmware versions are available.
