The Update Submenu in Sevio Portal enables viewing and updating of the Router’s Firmware.

The availability of an update for the selected Device is indicated by a red label on the Update Submenu.

To perform the update, the Router must be online, and a stable connection is required throughout the process.


Update Procedure

The update operation is restricted to Operators with Owner and Admin roles.

To update the Router:

  1. In the Devices section, select the desired Router.
  2. Select the Update Submenu.
  3. Click Update.

The Firmware update might take several minutes.

During the operation, the Router will perform a full reboot. Local and remote functionalities will be unavailable.
Additionally, for the Sevio R600 and Basic models, ensure that the machine or system is stopped, or use a downstream switch for communication between devices.

The Update button is disabled if an update is in progress or if no new Firmware versions are available.
