Wi-Fi functionality allows for two scenarios:

  • In Access Point mode, any device with a wireless card can access the Sevio Router's LAN (automation network).
  • In Client mode the Sevio Router connects directly to a Wi-Fi network at the installation site for internet access. A mobile hotspot on a smartphone can also provide this connection. For further details, please refer to the Wi-Fi Client article.

In Access Point mode, configure the network parameters in the LAN Panel.
