This policy outlines the product availability, maintenance, and technical support provided over time.
| Active | The device is currently in production. Product availability, firmware updates, and technical support are fully guaranteed. |
| End of Life (EOL) | The device is no longer in production. Maintenance and technical support remain available until the specified dates. |
| Obsolete | The device is discontinued and no longer supported. Technical assistance is either strictly limited or entirely discontinued. |
