Your Operator password is the first line of defense for your Account and data within the Sevio System.
A strong, unique password is essential for maintaining security. To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, never share your password with anyone.

The password must be at least 8 characters long and must include:

  • An uppercase letter.
  • A lowercase letter.
  • A number.
  • A symbol.

Your Sevio Portal credentials (email and password) are also used to configure Workstations.

To safeguard your Account, it is essential to protect your access privileges. This includes storing your credentials securely, changing your password regularly and whenever a security risk is suspected.

We strongly recommend enabling Multi-Factor Authentication as an additional security measure to protect your Account.

After changing your password, remember to update it in all VPN Clients you use to connect to Sevio networks.


Reset Password

In case you've forgotten your password, you can reset it:

  1. Go to the login page https://portal.sevio.it/users/sign_in.
  2. Select Forgotten password.
  3. Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions.


Change Password

If you know your current password and want to change it, you can do so in the Password section of your Personal Area.
